Lawyer from the University of Lima. He has a Master’s Degree in Business Law from the Graduate School of the University of Lima. He also has a master’s degree in Organizational Development and People Management from the Universidad del Pacífico.

He has extensive experience advising national and foreign companies on corporate matters, with an emphasis on business labor material, aimed at mitigating risks, reducing labor costs and structuring socio-labor prevention plans.
